Progress in the treatment of secondary interstitial lung disease in patients with connective tissue disease

结缔组织疾病继发间质性肺病(CTD-ILD)的早期诊断和治疗是当今学者较为关注的问题。CTD-ILD的诊断需结合临床、病理及影像学三方面的表现,而治疗方面,细胞因子治疗得到高度的关注。本文综述近年CTD-ILD的相关治疗研究进展。

Early diagnosis and treatment of secondary interstitial lung disease(ILD) in the patients with connective tissue disease(CTD) are more concerned by scientists.The diagnosis of CTD-ILD needs the combination of clinic,pathology and imaging performance.However,for treatment the cytokine therapy has been highly concerned.This review describes the progress in the treatment of patients with CTD-ILD.
