国外全科医学教育和全科医生培训情况分析及启示

Education of General Practice and Training of General Practitioners Abroad and the Enlightenment

加快发展全科医学不仅是适应社区卫生服务发展的需要,更是我国卫生改革、改善民生的需要。欧美发达国家的全科医学开展时间早且发展较为成熟,本文从国内外全科医学发展的历程、国外医学生培养和全科医生的继续教育等方面进行归纳和总结,并提出了对我国全科医学建设的启示。

Accelerating the development of general practice adapts the needs for not only community health services development but health reform and people's livelihood improvement in China.In Europe and the United States,general practice carries out in a much earlier time and has better development.This article mainly introduces the history of general practice both at home and abroad and training and continuing education of general practitioners(GPs).At the end,some suggestions were put forward in order to better develop general practice in China.
