摘要
针对渤海某油田渗透率高、纵向上层系多、渗透率级差大、非均质严重的问题,利用缔合聚合物的高效增黏、抗温、耐盐、耐剪切等性能,通过缔合作用形成物理网络结构和化学交联结构,形成缔合聚合物调剖体系。在65℃油藏条件下,缔合聚合物调剖体系具有良好的抗剪切性和黏弹性。调剖体系在120 d后的强度保留率为80%;在水驱50倍孔隙体积后,封堵率保持在90%以上;表现出封堵高渗层,启动低渗层,提高原油采收率的能力。在现场应用中获得良好的封堵窜层能力和增油降低含水的效果。
Due to the problems such as high permeability,multi-layers,big permeability ratio and serious heterogeneity about an oilfield in Bohai bay,using associated polymer's high viscous property,temperature-resistance,salt-resistance and washing-resistance property,an associated polymer profile control agent is developed,which has strong structure by associating action and chemical linked action.The gel has good rheological property and viscoelastic property under the reservoir condition.The strength retention rate is over 80% after 120 days aging and the plugging rate is above 90% after 50PV water drive.The gel shows the capability of plugging the high permeability zone and starting the low permeability zone to enhance oil recovery.Crossflow Layer plugging,oil increasing and water cutting reduction is observed by applying profile control in pilot test.
