摘要
低碳经济发展与环境资源系统之间存在复杂的交互胁迫约束机制,两者在理论上存在耦合逻辑关系。论文以环渤海经济圈为例,运用灰色预测、BP神经网络模型进行分析,进行低碳经济发展与环境资源系统的耦合协调状态预测。研究表明:环渤海经济圈低碳经济发展与环境资源系统的耦合协调度趋于转好,两大系统的区域协同效应呈增强趋势。
There is complex interaction stress constraint mechanism between low-carbon economy and environmental resources system;they have coupled logic relationship in theory.This study takes Bohai Economic Rim for example,uses grey prediction,BP NN model to analyze and predict the coupling coordination state of low-carbon economy and environmental resources system. The result shows that the coupling coordination state of low-carbon economy and environmental resources system of Bohai Economic Rim tends to be well,and the regional synergy of the two systems becomes stronger.
