摘要
本文阐述了能源中心的发展历程,以及在节能减排大形势下炼化企业能源管理上面临的问题,并针对炼化企业能源管理的特点对炼化企业能源中心管理系统方案进行研究,从能源数据的采集管理,到用能过程的监控,再到能源基础数据的全方位管理,以及能源预测与优化等几个方面详细介绍了能源中心管理系统的功能架构,并对系统各模块之间,以及与其它系统之间的数据交互进行研究。
This paper reviews the development of the energy center and the problems in energy management in the context of current overall energy conservation situation. Based on the investigation of energy management characteristics and energy center management system solutions in refining & chemical enterprises, it also details the functional structure of the energy center management system and the research on date interaction among the system’s modules as well as with other systems, covering a wide range from data collection, energy use monitoring and data management to energy forecast and optimization.
