吉水县2010～2012年疑似预防接种异常反应监测结果分析

Surveillance result analysis of adverse events following immunization from 2010 to 2012 in Jishui county

目的分析吉水县2010～2012年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生情况,探讨预防接种的安全性及减少预防接种异常反应发生的措施。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,对AEFI监测系统收集的数据进行分析。结果吉水县2010～2012年报告AEFI共56例,发生率为10.76/10万,涉及疫苗13种,其中以麻疹疫苗、百白破疫苗的AEFI报告居多。AEFI以一般反应为主,占94.64%(53/56),异常反应占3.57%(2/56),偶合症占1.79%(1/56)。接种后1d内出现反应者47例,占83.93%。结论吉水县预防接种异常反应发生率较低,疫苗接种是安全的;接种疫苗后1d内是监测重点;加强AEFI监测,可提高预防接种异常反应的预防和处理能力。

Objective To analyze the occurrence of adverse events following immunization(AEFI) from 2010 to 2012 in Jishui county,and discuss vaccination safety and measures to reduce the occurrence of AEFI.Methods The datas from AEFI surveillance system was analyzed by the descriptive epidemiology.Results There were 56 AEFI cases from 2010 to 2012 in Jishui county,accounted for 10.76/100 000,13 kinds of vaccines were involved and reporting cases related to measles vaccine and diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus vaccine were the most.The general reaction took the majority in AEFI,accounted for 94.64%(53/56),and the abnormal reaction accounted for 3.57%(2/56) and the coupled disease accounted for 1.79% (1/56).47 cases came about adverse events less than 1 days after vaccination,which accounted for 83.93%.Conclusion The incidence of AEFI in Jishui county is low and vaccination is safe.The focus of monitoring will be in less than 1 days after inoculation.To strengthen the AEFI surveillance can improve the prevention and handling ability of AEFI.
