海洋文化与海洋意识的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Marine Culture and Marine Awareness

海洋意识是公众对海洋的自然规律、战略价值和作用的反映和认识,是特定历史时期人海关系观念的综合表现。海洋文化是人类直接和间接地以海洋资源和环境为条件创造的文化。这两个概念的背后,蕴含了当代的历史境况和时代精神的契合关系。有效地把握两者的关系,既有助于推进海洋文化和海洋意识的研究,也有助于丰富海洋社会科学的基础理论。海洋世纪的时代状况构成了两者的共同背景,为海洋文化研究及海洋意识普及提供了依据。对海洋意识和海洋文化之间的关系进行有效的分析,受概念理解多元化分歧的影响,也受当代海洋文化实践活动复杂性的影响。总体上看,两者关系表现在三个方面:作为人海关系认知的海洋意识够成了海洋文化的要素;基于民族文化传统构建的现代海洋意识是海洋文化建设的战略目标;海洋价值观是海洋意识与海洋文化的共同核心。

Marine awareness is the public reflection and understanding of ocean's natural law ,strategic value and function ,and is the comprehensive representation of human-sea relations in specific historical pe-riod .Marine culture is the culture created directly or indirectly by human beings using ocean resources and environmental conditions .Behind the two concepts ,contemporary historic situation and zeitgeist are logi-cally related with each other .By realizinging their relationship ,we can not only promote the research on marine culture and marine awareness ,but also enrich the basic theories of marine social sciences .The con-temporary situation of marine century forms the common background and provides basis for the research of marine culture and the popularization of marine awareness .The diversified conceptual understanding and the sophisticated practical activities of marine culture influence the analysis of their relationship .On the whole ,their relationship includes three aspects :marine awareness ,as the cognition of human-sea relation-ship ,is the component of marine culture ;modern marine awareness ,constructed on the basis of national cultural tradition ,is the strategic goal of marine culture development ;and marine values are the common core of marine awareness and marine culture .
