摘要
目的探讨ⅢB/Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清游离DNA的水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量PCR方法检测60例NSCLC患者和30例健康人外周血清中游离DNA水平,并结合其临床特征统计分析。结果ⅢB期/Ⅳ期NSCLC患者和健康人群血清游离DNA值分别为(218.67±95.73)ng/mL与(11.30±3.80)ng/mL(P<0.001)。ⅢB期与Ⅳ期NSCLC患者血清游离DNA水平分别为(157.10±53.50)ng/mL与(255.88±93.28)ng/mL(P<0.05)。腺癌患者血清游离DNA水平明显高于鳞癌患者(P<0.05)。结论ⅢB/Ⅳ期NSCLC患者血清游离DNA水平升高,且以Ⅳ期患者为著。血清游离DNA水平可能成为NSCLC早期诊断和临床分期的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum free DNA and its clinical significance in patients with ⅢB /Ⅳ stage non-small-cell lung cancer( NSCLC). Methods The levels of serum free DNA in 60 patients with NSCLC and30 healthy counterparts served as controls were detected by using fluorescent quantitative PCR,and were analyzed with relation to the clinical features. Results The serum level of free DNA was( 218. 67 ± 95. 73) ng / mL in IIIB / IV stage NSCLC patients and( 11. 30 ± 3. 80) ng / mL in controls. There was a positive correlation between the serum level of free DNA and clinical staging of NSCLC( 157. 10 ± 53. 50 ng / mL for ⅢB and 255. 88 ± 93. 28 ng / mL for Ⅳ stage,F = 2. 020,P < 0. 05). Free DNA level in patients with adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in patients with squamous cell carcinoma( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The serum level of free DNA in ⅢB / Ⅳ stage patients is increased,obviously inⅣ stage. The serum level of free DNA may become an important indicator in early diagnosis and TNM stage of NSCLC.
