消费的升级和多元化使消费品市场的发展进入了一个重要的转折时期。近年来,青岛市消费品市场发展步伐加快,已显露出走向成熟的部分特征。但仍存在区域布局不平衡、业态结构尚不合理等问题,需科学规划,合理布局;以市场细分,进行消费品市场定位;培育、发展青岛的商业信用;提升青岛市零售业的综合实力。
Consumption's upgrade and diversification have led the consumable-market to an important turning era. During the last few years, Qingdao's consumable-market has developed quickly and has revealed some character to maturity. But there are still some problems such as the imbalance of area layout and the unreasonable problems of the industry status. It is essential to plan scientifically, carry out the consumable-market's orientation and cultivation by fractionating the market, to cultivate and develop Qingdao's commercial credit and to upgrade the integrative strength of Qingdao's retailing industry.
