摘要
采用溶液培养技术,研究了不同营养元素缺乏条件下,阳春砂仁幼苗的生长发育规律及缺素症状。结果表明:12种营养元素中,以缺N,P,K,Fe对阳春砂仁幼苗的生长影响最大,幼苗在株高、叶片数、叶面积、鲜重、干重等生长指标上均与对照形成显著差异(P<0.05),同时在形态特征上表现出各自典型的缺素症状。缺Ca和缺Mg在培养中表现出徒长现象,植株纤弱,干物质积累较少。缺素对阳春砂仁幼苗根系发育也造成不同程度影响,其中以缺B和缺Fe受抑制最严重。
The growth characteristics and nutrient deficiency symptoms of Amomum villosum seedling were studied by a series of hydroponics experiments with the absence of 12 different nutritional elements.The result showed that lack of N,P,K and Fe had the strongest impact on the seedling growth,all of the seedling growth indices like the plant height,leaf-area index,fresh weight and dry weight showed significant difference with the full-nutrition treatment(P<0.05),the typical nutrient deficiency symptoms of morphological characteristics have also appeared.Lack of Ca and Mg led to excessive growth,slim seedling and reduced dry matter accumulation.The root system development was affected besides,B and Fe deficiency had the strongest inhibition to the root system development.
