摘要
通过对SARS的组稿实践 ,认为编辑要具有信息搜集意识和信息传播意识。为此 ,编辑需要有对信息的敏锐洞察力和强烈的社会责任感 ,同时要转变编辑本位为受众本位。
The consciousness of information that the editors should have is discussed. It is considered that the consciousness to collect and spread information is a must for the editors. For doing these, the editors should possess the insight and the social responsibility and should regard the readers first rather that the editors first.=
