摘要
目的探讨健康宣教在优质护理工作中的效果。方法通过问卷调查,了解住院一周以上患者对健康宣教前后护理工作的满意度。结果患者对医院护理的满意度,在健康宣教前为92.34%,在健康宣教2个月后达到95.16%。在总体满意度方面,健康宣教前后无显著差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。患者对用药,饮食等的健康宣教方面满意度提高。结论健康宣教在优质护理工作中起到良好作用,患者的满意度较高。
Objective To evaluate the health education in high quality of nursing work in effect. Methods Through the questionnaire survey, understand the customer satisfaction for more than a week of hospitalization in patients with health education and nursing work. Results Patient satisfaction with hospital care, the health education before 92.34%, in health education after 2 months to 95.16%.In the overall satisfaction, health education and no significant difference, P>0.05, no statistical significance. Patients on medication, improve health education satisfaction diet. Conclusion Health education plays a good role in the quality of care, patient satisfaction is high.
