摘要
目的:评价黄芪多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法:通过观察黄芪多糖的总还原能力以及其对羟基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用研究黄芪多糖的抗氧化活性。结果:黄芪多糖的总还原能力在一定范围内随着多糖浓度的增加而增强;黄芪多糖对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子具有较强的清除能力。结论:黄芪多糖具有很强的抗氧化活性。
@@@@Objective To study the antioxidative activites in vitro of polysaccharides from Astragalus.Methods The antioxidative activites of Astragalus polysaccharides were studied through the experimentation of the total reducing power of Astragalus polysaccharides and its the scavenging activity on the hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.Results The total reducing power of Astragalus polysac-charides increases with the concentration of polysaccharides.Astragalus polysaccharides has strong hydroxyl and superoxide anion radical scavenging activity.Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharides show good antioxidative activites.
