大功率LED红蓝光装置设计及其在动物学中应用

摘要 基于红蓝光不同的生物学效应及作用机制,选取1W大功率红、蓝光LED,测试其光色电特性,解决LED驱动、散热、调光等技术问题,研制出大功率LED红蓝光装置样机,具有光强可调、光谱(R、B、R+B)可选择、工作方式(连续、闪烁、交替)可设定等功能。利用本装置进行了对大鼠肝损伤模型肝脏再生、家兔血压和对小鼠游泳耐力影响的应用试验研究,得到了有意义的试验结果,本装置在动物疾病模型复制、实验、治疗乃至光疗仪器开发等方面具有广阔应用前景。 Based on the different biological effect and mechanism of action of red and blue light,we select1W high- power red and blue LED and test the optical electrical properties. On this basis,we solve many technical problems,such as LED driving,cooling,lighting. We develop the prototype of high power LED red and blue device with functions to adjust the light intensity,to select the( R,B,R + B) spectrum,and to set the( continuous,flicker,alternating) work way. We study the effects on rat liver regeneration of liver injury model,the blood pressure of rabbits,and the swimming endurance of mice by using this device,and obtain meaningful results. The device has broad applied prospect in animal disease model for replication,test,treatment,or even development of phototherapy instrument,etc.
