摘要 数十年来,韩国经济发展迅速,同时,也给韩国带来了严重的大气污染问题。经过十多年韩国政府的努力,二氧化硫及一氧化碳污染物的排放量已达到了发达国家的控制水平,但是,可吸入颗粒物及二氧化氮排放量却大幅增加。文章介绍和解读了韩国目前的大气污染现状,相关管理政策及未来的大气环境政策方向,为中国大气污染管理提供一定的借鉴。 South Korea's economy has achieved rapid development for the recent decades,but it also brings many serious problems of air pollution.After more than ten years of the South Korean government's tireless efforts,the emissions control of sulfur dioxide and carbon monoxide pollutants have reached the level of developed countries.But the respirable particulate matter and nitrogen dioxide's emissions have substantially increased.This paper introduced and interpreted the status,the relevant management policies and the atmospheric environmental policy direction of air pollution in South Korea which could offer an important lesson for the Chinese atmospheric pollution management.
