某智能楼宇环境控制系统在地下大型商业项目中的应用

摘要 智能建筑的发展应满足节能、绿色的要求,智能化、集成化的解决方案是满足上述要求的必然途径。本设计采用ABB i-bus EIB智能楼宇环境控制系统,把智能建筑中与电气控制有关的建筑环境、空调环境和视觉环境等集成为一个控制监视系统。综合考虑楼宇中与人相关的各种环境因素,实现楼宇的安全性、舒适性和智能化。整个系统可大大降低整体投入成本,节约能源;同时降低系统的运行成本,实现环保、绿色建筑的目标。 The development of intelligent building should satisfy the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection,while the intelligent and integrated solution is an inevitable way to meet these requirements.The design adopts the intelligent building environment control system of ABB based on i-bus EIB,which makes the environments that associate with electrical control of building environment,air-conditioned environment and visual environment of the intelligent construction integrated into a control and monitoring system.Considering the environmental factors associated with human beings,the design achieves security,comfort and intelligence of the building.The system reduces the overall costs and saves energy greatly,while reducing the operating costs and reaching the aim of environmental protection and green building.
