摘要
分析国内电力体制的特点,讨论在我国电力体制下储能系统经济性的分析模型。首先半定性的分析了储能系统的潜在收益,以及国内电力市场、火力发电、新能源应用和辅助服务等内容。提出评估储能成本的重要指标,结合国内电力市场情况建立了合适的分析模型。基于模型分析了储能产业的发展状况,提出3方面建议:1)鼓励发电企业提供储能系统解决方案;2)通过储能系统的合理应用降低新能源、分布式能源和微网的综合发电成本;3)建议电力辅助服务市场化。
The characters of Chinese power system were analyzed in this paper. The method, which would potentially meet the need of energy storage(ES) in Chinese new energy power generation, was discussed. Firstly, the economic benefit of ES was analyzed, followed by the current state of Chinese electricity market. Secondly, the cost of ES options was estimated. Finally, a optimized model was proposed to analyze the development of ES in China. Based on the results of the model, three strategies are proposed for ES industry: 1) to encourage power generation companies to provide full solutions of ES system; 2) to use generators integrated with ES, distributed generation and micro grid to lower the cost of electricity system; 3) to commercialize the ancillary services of electricity.
