摘要
如何提升员工的工作满意度是企业管理的难点和学术研究的热点,对员工其能否留在企业、能否积极地投入工作表现具有重要的预测作用。本文根据2005份有效的员工问卷,采用描述性统计分析、因子分析、多元回归分析等方法,研究中国情境下企业员工对于雇主领导风格的感知对于其工作满意度的影响机理,并探讨员工关系在其中的中介作用。研究结果显示,在领导风格的六个维度中,领导的严格管理、仁慈管理和个人魅力对员工的工作满意度有正向影响,领导的败德品质对工作满意度有负向影响;员工关系工作满意度有正向影响;员工关系在领导风格与工作满意度之间有部分中介效果。
How to improve the employee's job satisfaction is a key problem for enterprise management and academic research,and it plays an important role on how employees can stay in enterprise and performance well.Based on2005 available data,the specific relations among leadership,job satisfaction and employee relations are examined.The result shows that,leadership have significant effect on job satisfaction;strictly leadership,benevolent leadership and charismatic leadership have positive effect on job satisfaction,immoral leadership have a negative effect on job satisfaction;employee relations play a mediating role between leadership styles and job satisfaction.
