摘要
系统地介绍了可视分析在数据处理、布局算法、用户交互及分析等方面的技术方法,并分析了当今主流的商业和开源可视分析工具,对Cytoscape、Gephi、GraphViz、JUNG、Prefuse、NetworkX、Protovis等各种软件及开发库进行了详细的对比分析。特别围绕开源工具Gephi的技术原理及特点进行了分析,研究了Gephi可视化的内容、流程及展示结果等各方面的开发实现方法,最后列举了社交网络和程序网络的可视分析应用结果等,形成了一套能对大型、复杂的数据进行处理的可视化方案。
The following techniques and methods were described systematically, such as visual analysis of the data processing, layout algorithms, user interaction and analysis, etc. The mainstream commercial and open source visual analysis tools at present were analyzed, and various software and development libraries were also compared and analyzed in detail, such as Cytoscape, Gephi, GraphViz, JUNG, Prefuse, NetworkX, Protovis, etc. Specially, the technical principles and characteristics of an open source tool, Gephi, were focused on. The development implementation in areas such as Gephi's visual content, process and results demonstrate was studied. Finally the visual analysis results of social network and program network were cited, and a set of visualization programs were formed to process large and complex data.
