摘要
通过计算机辅助模拟可以预测复合材料液体成型工艺过程中树脂的流动时间以及流动形式,进而指导工艺中的流道设计。本文针对一种帽形泡沫夹芯结构件进行了VARI液体成型工艺的模拟分析,根据Darcy定律推导出渗透率计算的公式,针对增强纤维、缝线、泡沫界面、封装边缘设计多组试验完成了渗透率的测量。在此基础上分别采用不同的模拟方案进行流道设计模拟研究。根据模拟结果选择合理的注射方式及流道布局。对所选方案进行工艺试验验证,对构件进行超声无损检测,检测结果显示构件没有内部缺陷,树脂充分填充,验证了工艺模拟分析的有效性。
In the liquid composite molding(LCM),we can use computer-aided simulation to forecast the filling time and process of the resin,which can assist us to design the flow runner of resin.This paper carried on the simulation of Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion(VARI,a kind of LCM),based on a cap-shaped foam core sandwich structure.According to the Darcy's law,the calculation formula of the permeability is deduced,measuring the permeability include the carbon fiber,suture,the interface of foam and fiber,the sealing edge.Using the measured results,create some viable flow runner project to simulate and analysis.According to the results,we chosen the project with reasonable injection mode and flow runner to manufacture the cap-shaped foam core sandwich structure by VARI process,the result of the nondestructive testing show that internal defect is barely exist in the component, which proved that the simulation is effective.
