摘要
针对深基坑支护工程中围护结构的受力特点,提出一种经济、节能、环保的新型围护结构———格栅状地下连续墙,即利用液压振动装置将"回"形钢模连续地压入土中,并在其中插入钢筋笼和现场灌注混凝土,以形成格栅状连续墙体。介绍了"回"形钢模的设计思路以及格栅状地下连续墙的施工方法,并通过现场试验进行成墙质量的验证。将该支护形式与传统的围护结构进行了对比,分析结果表明,该围护结构较好地发挥了材料性能,能耗低,同时施工现场文明,具有研究和推广价值。
According to the working principles of support systems in deep excavation projects,a novel grille diaphragm wall( GDW) is proposed,which is economic,energy-saving and environment-friendly. The wall is constructed through pressing the steel moulds into the soil continuously using hydraulic vibratory hammers,with reinforcement cages and castin-place concrete cast inside. The design of steel moulds with rectangular double-box cross-section and construction procedures of the GDW are presented,and the quality regarding compactness of the wall is examined through field tests. Comparison between the new and traditional retaining structures is carried out in terms of applicability,advantages and shortcomings. It is concluded that the grille diaphragm wall has better usage of constructional materials,reduces the energy consumption,and is environmentally friendly,which has the value of investigation and application.
