中草药降低生态兔胆固醇和血清酶生化指标的试验研究

Study of Chinese Herbal Medicine Additive on Reducing Cholesterol and Serum Enzyme of Ecotype Rabbits

为了验证中草药饲料添加剂降低生态兔的胆固醇和血清酶生化指标的作用,本试验在生态兔场采用60日龄的福建黄兔进行试验,试验分成4组,分别为0.1%(试验Ⅰ组)、0.5%(试验Ⅱ组)和1.0%(试验Ⅲ组)3个中草药试验组,以及不加药的对照组。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,不同剂量的中草药饲料添加剂均有降低生态兔的胆固醇和血清酶生化指标的作用,以中草药添加量0.5%的试验Ⅱ组的作用最显著。由此证明中草药饲料添加剂在生态兔的育成过程中对降低生态兔的胆固醇和血清酶生化指标起重要的作用。

In order to verify the function of Chinese medicinal herb feed additives on reducing cholesterol and serum enzyme of ecotype rabbits,60 days-old Fujian yellow ecological growing rabbits were assigned into 4 test group in ecological farm for research,which was 0.1%,0.5% and 1.0% dosage of Chinese herbal feed additives group respectively,the control group was no drug.The results showed that comparing to the control group,different doses of Chinese herbal feed additives could reduce the index of Cholesterol and Serum enzyme in ecotype rabbits.Especially the effect of 0.5% Chinese herbal feed additives group was more significant than others.The result indicated that the effect of Chinese herbal feed additives took an important role on reducing cholesterol and serum enzyme of ecotype rabbits.
