摘要
目的:观察黄芪对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变的保护作用并探讨其作用机制。方法:将SD大鼠制成链脲佐菌素糖尿病模型,12周后观察黄芪对糖尿病大鼠肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿白蛋白排泄率及肾小球平均体积、肾小球毛细血管基底膜平均厚度的影响,观察血、尿内皮素-1(ET-1),转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的变化。结果:黄芪可降低糖尿病大鼠Ccr、尿白蛋白排泄率、肾小球平均体积、肾小球毛细血管基底膜平均厚度,并可不同程度地降低尿ET-1、TGF-β1水平。结论:黄芪可延缓糖尿病肾脏结构和功能的损害,此作用可能与黄芪降低ET-1、TGF-β1水平有关。
Objective To observe the protective effect of astragalus membranaceus on the kidney of diabetic rats,and to study its possible mechanisms.Methods A rat model of diabetes was established by the use of streptozotocin(STZ). 12 weeks after the establishment,the changes of urinary albumin excretion,Ccr,ET-1 level of blood and urinary,serum and urinary TGF-β1 concentration,average volume of glomerulus and average thickness of glomerular basement membrane were measured.Results Urinary albumin excretion,Ccr,average volume of glomerulus and thickness of glomerular basement membrane decreased obviously and urinary ET-1 and TGF-β1 were lowered at different levels in the diabetic rats treated with astragalus membranaceus. Conclusion Astragalus membranaceus can delay the structural and functional damage in the kidney of STZ-induced diabetic rats,which may be associated with the suppression of ET-1 and TGF-β1.
