Five Problems of Promoting the Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational Education

现代学徒制是学校与企业合作以师带徒强化实践教学的一种人才培养模式。高职教育推行现代学徒制,应从构建"双主体"人才培养模式,解决"双身份"学徒身份问题,形成"双体系"校企课程结构,打造"双导师"专兼师资队伍,建立"双标准"考核评价体系五个方面来解决教育模式、学生身份、课程体系、导师机制、评价方式问题。

The modern apprenticeship is a personnel training model by 'master training apprentice' to strengthen the practice teaching through the cooperation between enterprises and schools.To promote the modern apprenticeship,it should take such measures as building the 'dual-subject' talent training model,solving the 'double identity' apprentice status issues,forming the 'dual system' school-enterprise course structure,creating the teaching staff of 'double tutor',and establishing the 'double standard' assessment system.It could solve the problems of educational pattern,students' identity,curricular system,supervisor mechanism,and evaluation way.
