从“局外”走向“局内”——高校教学督导理论与实践问题的探讨 被引量:97

From “Outside”towards“Inside”——On the Theory and Practice of Teaching Supervision in Universities and Colleges

摘要 教学督导是强化高校教学管理与提升教学质量的重要保障。目前我国高校教学督导工作中存在着制度缺失、队伍专业化程度不高、工作内容表浅化、工作方式简单化等问题,与教学之间存在着一种疏离或管控的"局外"关系。因此,必须在更新高校教学督导理念的基础上,通过明确教学督导模式、建立完善的督导组织体系、确立正确的督导取向、理顺学校督导与教师自主发展的关系、强化专家督导与学生督导的联系、借助校际教学督导的力量等策略改变教学督导工作性质、督导人员角色承担及督导实践,使教学督导与教学本身真正成为共生共长的"局内"关系。 Teaching supervision in university and college was the important guarantee to strengthen teaching management and improve teaching quality.At present,there were some problems to be solved such as lack of supervision systems,low degree of team specialization,superficial work matter,and over-simple work mode,which had led to a kind of'outside'relation between teaching supervision and teaching itself.Then,based on the renewal of teaching supervision ideas,it should promote the supervision mode,improve the supervision organization system,hold the right supervision orientation,straighten out the relationship between supervision and the independent faculty development,strengthen the linkage between the expert supervision and students supervision,draw support from the interscholastic teaching supervision power to set up a kind of new coexistence'inside'relationship between teaching supervision and teaching itself.
