摘要
党的十八大报告提出了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设"五位一体"的社会主义现代化总体布局,并把生态文明建设放在了突出地位。河北省承德市下辖多个民族自治县,其民族自治县大部分位于京津冀生态涵养区,承担着维护京津冀生态平衡的重任,因此,理清承德市各民族县生态文明与转变经济发展方式的关系,明确其转变经济发展方式有着重大战略意义。
The party's 18 report presents economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction,ecological civilization construction, 'five in one' overall layout and the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position. Construction of ecological civilization has become China's transformation of economic development an important guide. We should clarify the relationship between ecological civilization and the transformation of economic development mode,a clear change in direction and path of economic development in chende Minority Region,in order to build an ecological civilization oriented to accelerate the transformation of economic development.
