摘要
妊娠期为大部分女性人生中必不可少的阶段,怀孕期人体的形态、体重等健康指标会显著改变,随之必然引起人体运动生物力学特征的变化。文章总结了大量国内外相关文献,从生物力学角度分析妊娠期女性的运动学和动力学特征,并重点探讨步态影响,旨为因妊娠期导致的肌肉骨骼相关的运动损伤预防以及孕妇鞋具的选择提供合理建议和依据。
Pregnancy is an essential state in life for most females.There are significant changes of physique,weight and other health indicators which alter characteristic of sports biomechanics inevitably.This paper summarizes a large number of relevant literatures in order to analyze the kinematic and kinetic characteristics of female in pregnancy state in biomechanical perspective.In addition,this paper focuses on the influence of gait,aiming at providing reasonable advice and basis on the prevention of muscloskeletal injury due to pregnancy and the choice of footwear for pregnant female.
