摘要
研究了WC-8%Co硬质合金在5 MPa的压力下,烧结温度分别为1 360、1 405、1 460℃,保温90min后的金相结构及各项物理力学性能。实验结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,三组合金样品的硬度依次降低,密度、抗弯强度、断裂韧性依次升高,冲击韧性先升高后降低,三组合金样品中粗大晶粒逐渐增多,并且呈板状。
The metallurgical microstructure and physical properties of WC-8%Co cemented carbide were studied after sintering at 5MPa and 1 360 ℃,1 405 ℃ or 1 460 ℃for 90 min.The results show that with sintering temperature increasing,the hardness of the alloy gradually decreases,its density,flexural strength and fracture toughness gradually increase,its impact toughness increases at first and then decreases,and the number of its coarse grains gradually increases with plate-like shape.
