中温卷取热轧低Mo双相钢的组织与性能 被引量:5

Microstructure and properties of low molybdenum-containing hot-rolled dual phase steel by medium temperature coiling

摘要 采用三段式和两段式冷却工艺成功试制了低成本热轧双相钢,分析了低Mo试验钢的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,通过工艺参数控制能够实现低Mo双相钢中温卷取热轧,其屈服强度达到315 MPa,抗拉强度达到620 MPa,伸长率达到26%,屈强比约0.5;加入合金元素V起到细化晶粒和改善组织作用,很好弥补了Mo减少带来的不利影响。 The application of two type and three type cooling scheme for making the low-cost of hot-rolled dual phase steel was adopted, then microstructure and mechanical properties of the testing low-Mo steels were analyzed.The results show that low-cost hot-rolled dual phase steels in medium temperature coiling can be produced by the appropriate production process, and its yield strength and tensile strength can reach 315 MPa and 620 MPa, respectively,elongation is over 26%, and yield ratio is about 0.5.Alloying element vanadium can play grain refinement role and modify microstructure, and offset the adverse impact of low-Mo content.
