摘要
《中学教师专业标准》的实施为培养合格的中学数学教师指明了方向和要求:中学数学教师要具有良好的职业道德和专业精神、合理的专业知识结构和较强的专业能力.据此,对应《标准》的基本理念和基本要求,了解中学数学职前教师在教育教学实践中遇到的困惑、困难,以及他们基于实践体会所产生的对教育知识的需要,从"专业理念与师德"、"专业知识"和"专业能力"3个维度探析中学数学职前教师实践性知识的培养,为他们入职后顺利成长为专家型教师做好准备.
It is the implementation of “middle school teachers’ professional standards” that shows the direction and training requirements of middle school mathematics teachers qualified: the middle school mathematics teachers should have good occupation morals and professional spirits, reasonable professional knowledge and strong professional ability. Accordingly, Based on the basic concept and corresponding“standards”requirements, understand the difficulties which the mathematics pre-service teachers encountered in the teaching practice, and the needs of the educational knowledge which are based on the mathematics pre-service teachers’ practice experience, we do a brief analysis to practical knowledge of pre-service mathematics teachers from three dimension:“professional philosophy and ethics”,“professional knowledge”and“professional ability”, in order to obtain the construction of practical knowledge in the pre-service teachers and to successfully prepare for their being the expert teachers.
