摘要
考察教学研究的历史发现,全球范围内的教学研究正在形成一个共同趋势,即由传统的"以教为中心"向"以学为中心"转变,而我国的教学研究正处在这一转型过程之中。实现"以学为主"的教学研究,需要专业的路径与方法,即理论工作者对"以学为中心"教学研究的专业引领;构筑教师群体"同僚性"共同体;教师个体对课堂教学开展反思性教学研究。
The global teaching research was developing a common trend from the traditional'teaching-centered'to'learning-centered'through observing its history.Precisely,China's teaching research was also in such transformation.To transform the teaching research paradigm successfully,practitioners should follow professional paths and measures as follows:theoretical workers should lead 'learning-centere'teaching research;teachers' group should be built as members of learning community;teachers should conduct reflective teaching research in their own classroom as a reseacher and reflective practitioner.
