摘要 针对因遗煤多、漏风严重等因素造成孤岛综放工作面采空区内煤层自然发火危险性较高的问题,以济北矿区某矿1304孤岛综放工作面为背景,通过室内煤的热解试验分析,确定了工作面采空区残煤自燃指标性气体,并通过现场束管监测分析采空区氧气浓度分布规律,研究揭示了工作面采空区自燃"三带"的分布特征,为孤岛综放工作面采空区残煤自燃的防控与治理提供了指导。 As it is known to all that the risk of coal seam spontaneous combustion in gob of isolated fully mechanized caving face with much residual coal and serious air leakage is unusually high. Based on the engineering background of 1304 isolated fully mechanized caving face in a coal mine of Jibei mining area, the pyrolysis of coal was operated, and the indicator gas on residual coal spontaneous combustion in gob was determined. In addition, oxygen concentration distribution in gob was obtained by duct monitoring in field. On this basis, the distribution of spontaneous combustion three zone in gob was revealed. All the achievements provide guidance for monitoring and control the residual coal spontaneous combustion in gob of isolated fully mechanized caving face.
