摘要
目的:了解京津冀三地政府办中医类医院规模效益情况,为京津冀地区中医医疗资源合理配置提供建议;方法:整理京津冀三地政府办中医类医院共192所,采用描述性分析、逐步回归分析以及数据包络分析进行研究;结果:京津冀地区政府办中医类医院只有21所处于规模效益不变,即规模有效阶段,剩下的171所处于规模无效,其中11所中医类医院处于规模效益递增阶段,160所中医类医院全部处于规模效益递减阶段;结论:京津冀在实现三地中医协同发展的过程中,一定要科学合理的配置中医资源,重点在于控制三地三级中医类医院的规模,扶持河北省二级医院的发展,最终实现京津冀地区中医资源的合理配置,提高效率。
Objective:To understand the scale efficiency status of opening hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei region, so as to provide suggestions for the regional allocation of Chinese medicine resources in Beijing-Tian-jin-Hebei region.Methods:192 hospitals of Chinese medicine opened in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region were collected and analyzedby descriptive analysis, stepwise regression analysis and data envelopment analysis.Results:There were 21 hospitals of Chinese medi-cine opened in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region which was completely effective, accounted for 10.94% and only 11 units were in thestage of increasing economies of scale in 171 inefficient units.Conclusion:In the process of realizing synergetic development in thethree places, it needed to scientifically and rationally allocate Chinese medicine resources, pay attention on controlling the tertiary hos-pital scale of Chinese medicine in three places, support the development of secondary hospital in Hebei, so as to finally achieve ratio-nal allocation and improve the efficiency of Chinese medicine resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
