甜瓜自动嫁接机推夹装置设计及试验 被引量:4

摘要 为了使嫁接夹连续稳定地供应给嫁接装置,并解决单个排夹的问题,设计了甜瓜自动嫁接机推夹装置,该装置包括倾斜直线振动喂夹装置、单个排夹装置、出夹装置及相应的驱动和控制系统等部分。以典型嫁接夹为研究对象,以激振器工作电压和倾斜直线振动喂夹装置倾角为试验因素,以推夹成功率为试验指标,对嫁接机推夹装置进行试验研究,确定了最优的工作参数。试验结果表明:当激振器工作电压为60V,倾斜直线振动喂夹装置倾角为20°时,该装置推夹成功率可达92%,平均推夹成功率达90%以上,满足设计要求,该研究结果为甜瓜自动嫁接机的研制与开发提供了重要的参考。 For getting continuous and stable supplying-clip of grafting devices and solving the problem of single supplying-clip,the pushing-clip device of automatic muskmelon grafting machine was developed. The device consists of the inclined straight device of feeding-clip, single supplying-clip device, out gonging-clip device and relative driving and control systems. With typical grafting clip as the research object, working voltage and angle of inclined straight device of feeding clips were as experimental factors, and success rate of pushing-clip was as experimental index, then experimental study on pushing-clip device was completed and the working parameters were optimized. The experimental results showed that the optimal parameters were60 V working voltage for vibration exciter, angle of 20° for the inclined straight device of feeding-clip. Under the conditions of the best parameters, the success rate of pushing-clip was 92%, and the average success rate of pushing-clip more than 90 %. So the device can meet the requirements of design and the research results provide important references for developing muskmelon automatic grafting machine.
