摘要
为研究一种可降解生物材料——壳聚糖/魔芋葡甘聚糖/透明质酸钠(CS/KGM/SH)复合多孔膜,通过正交试验设计采用流延成型和冷冻干燥方法制备了该多孔膜材料,利用扫描电镜、热重-差热同步分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱、MTT细胞毒性试验等手段分析了材料相关性能,考察其组分和制备条件对微观形貌的影响。结果表明,多孔膜内部存在部分闭孔,外部孔径较大;大量氢键在CS、KGM和SH分子间形成,部分CS氨基在碱性溶液中发生了N-乙酰化,交联作用脱除了KGM中的乙酰基;交联处理能提高CS/KGM/SH多孔膜的热稳定性;CS/KGM/SH多孔膜的毒性反应为0级反应,具有良好的生理活性。
A bio-degradable biomaterial,namely chitosan / konjac glucomanan / sodium hyaluronate( CS / KGM / SH)blend porous membrane,was investigated,which was prepared by orthogonal experimental design and tape casting,freeze drying methods. SEM,thermal gravimetry / differential scanning calorimetry,FT-IR and MTT cytotoxicity test methods were used to characterize the relevant property. The influence of components and fabrication conditions on the micromorphology was investigated as well. The results show as follows: some internal obturator and large external aperture are revealed in the porous membranes; a large number of hydrogen bonding among CS,KGM and SH are found; Nacetylation appears in partial amino groups of CS and the acetyls peaks in KGM disappear after cross-linking treatment;the thermal stability of the CS / KGM / SH porous membranes is enhanced by cross-linking; the toxicity of the CS / KGM /SH porous membranes is zero order reaction,and the CS / KGM / SH porous membranes exhibit good biological activity and cytotoxicity.
