摘要
为确定导致猪细菌性感染死亡的病原,从送检病死猪肺中分离纯化出1株细菌,通过对该菌株进行培养特性观察、生化反应、药敏试验、动物致病性试验,并采用PCR对该分离菌株进行了种属及荚膜血清型鉴定。结果显示,该分离菌株革兰染色为阴性。生化试验及PCR鉴定结果显示,该分离菌株为荚膜血清F型多杀性巴氏杆菌,其对小鼠有强致病性。此次分离的这株多杀性巴氏杆菌形态结构和生化特性比较典型,毒力较强,且为较少见的荚膜血清F型多杀性巴氏杆菌。这一结果为进一步研究多杀性巴氏杆菌的致病机理奠定了基础。
To determine the pathogenic bacterium infection to swine,a strain of bacterium was isolated from the lung of diseased swine.The strain was observed by the cultivation of bacteria,biochemical test,animal pathogenic test,drug sensitivity test,and species and capsular serotype was determined using PCR.In result,the strain was Gram-negative.And biochemical tests and PCR results showed that Pasteurella multocida strain belonged to capsular type F,which has a strong pathogenic to mice.It has morphology and biochemical characteristics typically.In conclusion,the strain was a rare P.multocida serotype F,which laid the foundation for P.multocidapathogenic mechanism research.
