摘要
技术交易与产业集聚的互动机制可以通过促进产业集聚区异质性低碳技术溢出和企业技术创新来推动地区经济活动的节能减排。运用2003—2012年中国省级面板数据,从制造业、建筑业和服务业三大产业进行实证分析,结果发现:产业集聚对地区碳排放产生的增长效应大于减排效应,但技术交易与产业集聚的交互作用对地区碳减排具有稳定的促进作用;分地区研究发现,在技术交易市场的协助下,三大产业集聚均能促使发达地区碳排放的减少,但对欠发达地区的影响在统计上均不显著。
The interactive mechanism between technology transactions and industrial agglomeration can promote energy saving and carbon reduction of regional economic activity through stimulating heterogeneous low carbon technological spillover and enterprise technological innovation in industrial agglomeration regions. Using Chinese panel data during 2003- 2012,from three industrial perspectives of manufacturing,construction and service,empirically analysis show that the growth effect of industrial agglomeration on carbon emissions is larger than reduction effect. How ever,the interaction of technology transaction and industrial agglomeration can stably promote regional carbon reduction. Respective regional research show s that with the assistance of technology transaction market,the agglomerations of three industries all can promote the carbon reduction in developed regions,but the impact on the undeveloped regions are not statistically significant.
