摘要
本报告首先从习近平主席的讲话和中国政府官方文件中归纳出"一带一路"倡议的意义、性质、目的、原则、内容与方式,提取了两个核心关键词:"共同"与"现代化";然后,我们用民族国家/国际体系、经济增长/全面发展两对标量,分析了多种现代化理论及其特征,从逻辑上推演出"共同现代化"概念及主要特征;最后,结合以上两个方面的分析,本报告认为,"一带一路"倡议的本质特征就是"共同现代化"。
Based on the speeches of Chinese President Xi Jinping and the official documents of the Chinese government, this article examines the meaning, nature, aims, principles, contents and measures comprising the 'Belt and Road Initiative' with two keywords: 'collaboration' and 'modernization'. Then, based on two different scales-- nation state/international regime and economic growth/allround development-- it analyzes various modernization theories and their features to develop the concept of 'collaborative modernization' and its major features. The conclusion is that the essence of the 'Belt and Road Initiative' is indeed 'collaborative modernization.'
