德国工程教育模式及其启示

Germany’s Engineering Education and It’s Implication

本文介绍了德国双元制职业教育、职业资格认证、应用科技大学和西门子公司"机电一体化系统工程师认证"等工程教育情况。分析了其中的学习领域课程方案和行为引导的教学法。提出了初步的建议措施。德国的工程教育模式对国内应用型大学特别是民办本科高校有启示和借鉴作用。

Germany’s Dual system vocational education,Certificate for vocational qualification, University of applied sciences and Siemens professional education certification program in mechatronic systems are all introduced herein.The Learning Fields curriculum plan and Behavior - orientated Teaching Method in Germany ’s engineering education are analyzed. For the Application -oriented Universities,especially for the private universities in China,the model of Germany’s engineering education is of great value.Thereby,some preliminary suggestions and solutions are proposed.
