摘要
用正交实验和极差分析的方法研究了增塑剂Texanol和助溶剂丙二醇对乳胶涂料涂膜性能的影响,通过考察涂膜的冻融稳定性、成膜的干燥时间和硬度等指标,用极差分析方法优化了增塑剂与防冻剂之间的用量,为降低涂料配方的VOC的同时不降低涂膜性能提供了一个科学的方法。
Orthogonal Experiment and the method of analysis of variance is the better science method to study on the Affect of propylene glycol and Texanol to the property of latex paints. Using the method of analysis of variance to optimize the relation of Texanol and propylene glycol in paints by examined the stability of low temperature, dry-time and rigidity, and put out the better recipe of paint at the same time the properties of paints are not sacrifice.
