摘要
目的:寻找安全有效的抗突变生物资源,为肿瘤预防提供科学依据。方法:采用修改的Ames试验,研究真菌植物松茸提取物AMH对强致癌物2-AF致突变作用的影响。结果:AMH能显著性抑制2-AF的致突变作用穴P<0.01雪,对测试菌株TA97、TA98和TAl00的诱发回变菌落形成抑制率最高分别达到96.1%、97.9%和98.8%,AMH可使2-AF的诱发回变菌落数下降至阴性范围。AMH抑制2-AF致突变作用存在明显的剂量反应关系。结论:松茸提取物AMH对2-AF致突变作用具有显著的抑制作用,具有抗突变作用,在肿瘤预防方面具有应用前景。
Objective:To provide a scientific basis for the prevention of tumor by means of seeking for a safe and effective anti-mutant biological resource.Method:Make a study on the mutant functions induced by strong epicarcinogen(2-AF)by the application of the extract from fungi tricholoma(AMH)with the revised Ames test.Result:AMH could significantly inhibit the mutant functions induced by2AF(P<0.01)and the inhibitory rates of the reverting colony-forming induced by2-AF in strains TA97,TA98and TA100were96.1%,97.9%and98.8%respectively.AMH could reduce the number of the reverting colonies induced by2AF to the negative range.Conclusion:AMH has an obvious inhibitory effect on the mutation induced by2-AF and its anti-mutant effect will have prospects for the prevention of tumor.
