摘要
内毒素是造成脓毒症、多脏器功能衰减等病症的关键因子,对其快速、可靠、灵敏地进行检测具有重要的意义。传统检测方法存在费时、干扰因素多、自动化程度低等缺点,而生物传感器可以克服上述缺点。本文重点回顾了压电和光纤生物传感器在内毒素检测中的应用和发展,最后对生物传感器的应用和发展趋势进行了简要的展望。
Endotoxin is the most powerful factor which cause clinical syndrome known as sepsis and multiple organ dysfuncition syndrome. A rapid, reliable and sensitive detection is very important, simultaneity point out the disadvantages of traditional detection, such as time-consuming, interface factors, low-automatization. Biosensors can overcome these disadvantages. Overview the application and development of endotoxin detection which by using piezoelectric and optical biosensors. Future directions for biosensors development and problems are discussed in the final part of this review.
