靶控输注异丙酚在腹腔镜胆囊切除的临床应用

摘要 目的 比较靶控输注(TCI)全凭静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉的麻醉效用。方法 80例患者随机分成TCI全凭静脉麻醉(Ⅰ组)和静吸复合麻醉组(Ⅱ组),观察麻醉诱导,气管插管、切皮及气腹后的血流动力学改变。结果 Ⅰ组插管时血压升高,Ⅱ组明显下降;Ⅰ组苏醒时间明显缩短,恶心呕吐明显降低。结论 TCI是目前比较理想的一种静脉麻醉方法。
