摘要 采用乳液聚合的方法合成了平均粒径在120nm的氟代丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯二元共聚物乳液,研究了动力学参数对聚合的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺条件,考察了乳液的稳定性,将合成的含氟共聚物乳液用于浆内施胶,通过抄片试验,发现共聚物对纸张有着优异的防水防油整理效果。 Fluoroacrylate copolymer emulsion in the average size of 120 nm was made by emulsion polymerization with fluoracrylate (FA), lauryl methylacrylate as monomers. The influence of kinetic parameter to polymerization was studied. The stability of copolymer emulsion and the optimal process parameter were investigated in detal. The oil-reresistant properties of paper sizing with fluoropolymer agent were characterized ,and the experiment results showed that the fluorocopolymer have good water-resistant and oil-resistant sizing effect to paper.
