摘要
为进一步研究疲劳状态下心脏的功能变化,以大鼠离体心脏为研究对象,采用Langendorff灌流装置,对离体心脏施加一定频率和强度的电驱动。研究表明,一定时间的超速驱动后,离体心脏出现明显缺血症状,心肌乳酸脱氢酶漏出增多,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低,丙二醛含量增多,心肌组织和线粒体发生钙超载。
To research the change of the heart function under fatigue condition, rat heart was isolated and put on a langendorff perfusion device. Then, the isolated hearts was stimulated by electric current with certain frequency and strength. The result indicated that after a period of overdrive, the hearts expressed hypoxia and ischemia symptom obviously, the level of LDH in the perfusion solution increased, activity of GSH-Px decrease, the content of MDA is elevated and calcium overload was found in both myocardium and mitochondrion.
