摘要
使用介质搅拌磨对电气石粉进行了超细粉碎实验室试验研究和中试 ,并对试验样品进行了粒度检测、扫描电镜 (SEM )分析以及负离子释放性能检测。结果表明 ,制取的超细电气石粉体的粒度及其分布为d50 ≤ 0 .8μm、d97≤ 2 .0 μm。
In this paper super fine grinding experiments about tourmaline powder has been carried out in laboratory and pilot plant with wet ball stirring mill,the particle size distribution of the ground tourmaline powder and its anion release property has been tested. The results show that the particle size and its distribution of super fine tourmaline powder is d 50 ≤0.8μm,d 97 ≤2.0μm.
