摘要
在对国内外高等教育研究现状分析的基础上,把高等教育研究队伍作为高等教育学学科建制分析的切入点,分析其构成状况对高等教育学发展的影响,并结合传统社会科学发展的过程和趋势对高等教育学的未来发展进行论述,有助于我们进一步认识高等教育学。高等教育学的学科建制是个长期而又艰苦的过程,需要结合高等教育发展的实际,加强研究对象、理论构建和研究方法等方面的研究。
Based on the study of higher education at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the structure of research team and its influence on the development of higher education, illustrating the prospects of the development of higher educational science from the perspective of the process and trends of traditional social sciences. It is concluded that the disciplinary construction of higher educational science will be a difficult and long-term task, calling for further research in theory, method and objects.
