摘要
介绍一种单级式零电流和零电压开关功率因数校正全桥变换器,利用变压器的漏感和输出电容的储能,在很宽的负载范围内实现了超前管的零电流开关;而通过移相控制方式,利用开关管的结电容则实现了滞后管的零电压开关。由于软开关的实现不需要任何其它的辅助元件,所以与通常的零电流开关PWM Boost仝桥变换器相比,该变换器结构简单,容易实现。通过对电路的运行机理和工作模态的分析,可以看出该变换器能同时实现功率因数校正、AC/DC转换、输出电压调节和电气隔离,实验结果证明了该变换器的优越性。
This paper proposes a novel single-stage zero-current and zero-voltage switching (ZCZVS) power factor correction (PFC) full-bridge converter.The leading switches can realize ZCS under wide load range using the leakage inductance of the transformer and the energy of the output capacitor. With the use of phase-shifted control mode and the junction capacitor of the switches,the lagging switches can realize ZVS under any load. Because the soft switches are realized without adding any auxiliary device,the whole circuit is simple axed can be realized easily comparing with ZCS PWM Boost full-bridge converter. The operation principle is analyed in details,the following functions can be obtained on the same:Time power factor correction, AC/DC conversion,output voltage regulation, electrical insulation.Finally, experimental results verified the advantages of the converter.
