摘要
对八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基环四硅氧烷、三氟乙酸丙烯酯、含氢聚硅氧炕、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷等改性苯丙乳液的反应体系稳定性及涂膜性能进行了比较。研究表明以上几种单体均可用于苯丙乳液改性,改性单体不同对反应速度影响不大,但以八甲基环四硅氧烷-乙烯基环四硅氧烷-三氟乙酸丙烯酯的混合物作改性单体所得乳液性能最优。
The behaviour of weatherability, contamination of styrene-acrylate emulsion can be advanced by selection of the appropriate monomer modifing styrene-acrylate emulsion. The stability of system, properties of coating film emulsion modified by oelamethylcyclo-tetrasiloxane, tetravinylcycloletrasiloxane, allytrifluoroace-tate hydrogen-containing polymethylsiloxane, vinyltrioxethylsiloxane were invesligaled. The results showed that above monomers can be used in modification of styrene-acrylate emulsion. The influence of difference of modified monomers is minor for reaction rate. But the properties of the emulsion modified by the mixture of octam-ethylcyclotetrasiloxane,tetravinylcyclotetra-siloxane,allytrifluoroacetate are best.
