摘要
研究了在烟草机械零件上化学镀Ni-P合金的工艺及其镀层的性能,结果表明,热处理温度对镀层的硬度和耐磨性均有较大影响,二者经400℃,1h热处理后达到峰值。镀层在酸、碱,盐介质中的耐蚀性均优于不锈钢。铝合金上之化学镀Ni-P合金层比硬阳极氧化层有较优的性能。
Electroless deposition of Ni-P alloy on cigarette machine parts and the properties of the film obtained were investigated.The results showed that hardness and wear resistance of the film may be considerably influenced by heat treatment,and that the highest values can be obtained through one hour's treatment at 400℃.Corrosion resistance of the film in acid,alkali or salt is higher than that of stainless steel.When applied on aluminium,elec- troless Ni-P alloy deposit shows its properties superior to anodized film.
